You're so right, 5K seem...Of course you can!!! You're so right, 5K seemed impossible, but then we did that and 13.1 seemed like a freakzoid nightmare and then we've done it. For me, it's all about time. I was SHOCKED and remain bummed by how long it takes to train for a half. Because I'm slow my long runs of 10, 11, 12 miles take 3-3.5 hours and then there are the 3,4,5 milers the same week which takes like 3 hours plus any xtraining. Just sooo much time involved in training for a half, can't imagine how much time it would take to run an 18, 20, 22 mile training run. <br />YES - YOU COULD DO IT!!!!
